PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

Before painting, clean the substrate thoroughly, possibly by glass flaming (an operation always recommended to improve adhesion). Comp. A 80VT750 100 Parts Comp. B 20VT750 20 Parts Diluent 820 60 - 80 Parts Retardant To eliminate any spreading defects, (peel, bubble formation, etc.) replace some of the 820 thinner with 10458P retardant. It is advisable to conduct preliminary tests to determine the right amount of retardant to use. Pigmentation 80VT750 glass paint can be colored with our P.EP series colored pastes (matte colors) at 40% maximum or our 50100M series coloring concentrates (transparent colors). It is very important to mix the dyes with the paint before catalysis in order to avoid possible precipitation of the dye.

APPLICATION:

Use airbrush with nozzles featuring a diameter of 1.4-1.5 mm and pressure of 2.5-4 atm. Suitable for application with electrostatic guns (also rotating cups).

4 hours at 20 °C. The pot-life decreases at higher temperature

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

The storage room must be dry and with a temperature between +10 °C and +35 °C. Always close containers immediately after use.
