FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Protective varnish for ABS, SAN, PP substrates (after flaming and/or primer). Can also be used as a pre- and post-metallization clear coat in the cosmetics (packaging) industry.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

Plastic materials: The surface to be painted must be clean and free of contaminants. In some cases, specific pre-treatments (tumbling, flaming) or the use of suitable adhesion primers are required. However, carry out preliminary tests or consult Vernici Caldart Laboratory.

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

Comp. A : 340015 100 parts by weight Comp. B (if needed) : 20032C 5 parts by weight Diluent : 665 80 - 100 parts by weight It is possible, in special cases to eliminate distension defects, peel, bubble formation, to replace part of the diluent with retardant 10304R. It is advisable to conduct preliminary tests to determine the right amount of retardant to use.
