They are used by mixing them with Colortech tinting system converters (Resins) to obtain finished enamles in various pearly colors. The P.7 series multipurpose pastes have a high concentration of pigment, which allows obtaining enamels with great covering power. They can be used with all K series converters of the Industry list; however, to fully enhance the chromatic effect of the metallic pigment, it is recommended to use them mainly with specific resins for metallic or film-forming finishes such as the following binders: K.511 - K.531 - K.533 - K.374 - K.744 - K.772 - K.773 - K922 - K.944.

Fine indoor and outdoor finishes. P.EFT700 paste stands as a viable alternative to the EFT series for making direct 2K finishes on plastic and metal with high reflective effect. To best enhance the color and metallic effect features, the paste should be used exclusively in K.374, K.922, K.772 and K.773 resins. The P.7-series pastes are added to the K series resins pre-weighed according to the formulations of the chosen color and inserted in the Colortech. After adding the pastes to the converter, they must be dispersed immediately with a mechanical shaft stirrer (not gyroscope) if possible or, alternatively, limited to small quantities of finished product (1-2 liters) with strong manual stirring. NOTE: They can be used to create gloss metallic colors directly with 2k resins such as K.211 and K.711 in combination with additive Z.771. Rev.: 09/22 The data and information contained in this sheet are the result of our experience and accurate laboratory tests. However, since the painting process represents a set of operations that are beyond our control, they do not therefore guarantee, in any way, the final performance of the cycle.

Depending on the nature of the substrate and the required performance, choose the appropriate converter and if necessary apply a preventive coat of two-component 193 series epoxy or 793 series acrylic primer. Add the paste to the resin according to the following proportions: K.374 - K.922 - K.773 average ratio 80/20 max ratio 75/25 K.772 average ratio 75/25 max ratio 75/25 Only high-transparency pigments are recommended for coloring P.EFT700, so as not to compromise the optical reflection characteristics of the pigment. Pastes suitable for the purpose are as follows: Predisol series (indoor only) Max at 20% by weight TP.065 TP.066 TP.037 TP.016 TP.150 TP.156 Max at 20% by weight P.500 P.600 P.400 P.325 Max at 2% by weight, premixed with anyTP present in formulation To improve the aesthetic effect, it is recommended to increase from dilution to 100% to 120% in all resins and apply several coats.
