Ultra high solid glossy acrylic enamels based on acrylic-polyester resins and isocyanic adduct to be mixed at the time of use.
Car bodywork (the ready-to-use product falls within the limits of Legislative Decree No. 161 of 2006) and industrial field; it can also be used when finishes with high aesthetic appearance or significant external resistance features are required.
The product requires the first application of a base coat of epoxy 193 or acrylic 794.
Thoroughly mix component A until the color and consistency are uniform. Then mix with component B in the ratio indicated below. Comp. A: 7H1. 100 parts by weight/volume Comp. B: CZ.711 (Standard) 50 parts by weight/volume Alternatively: CZ.720 (Fast) 50 parts by weight/volume CZ.700 (Slow) 50 parts by weight/volume After catalysis, the product is ready to use. If necessary, thin the perfectly stirred mixture with 5% of our acrylic thinner D.747 Fast, D.737 Standard or D.727 Slow. In order to obtain maximum resistance to light and bad weather, we recommend adding 2% of Z.288 Anti UV additive.

After 12 hours minimum. When the film has completely hardened, the surface to be painted must be lightly sanded.
