PWTX50 - PASTA TEXTURE GRANA FINE WB

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Used to achieve special uniform texture-effect finishes. The use of these pastes, improves surface hardness, abrasion resistance and gives the coating the ability to cover any minor imperfections in the substrate. The choice of paste (fine, medium, coarse, extra coarse), depends on the final look you want to achieve.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

Refer to the data sheet of the enamel used.

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

They can be used on all our dye system converters except furnace-drying systems with temperatures above 140 °C. Add the paste to the converter and mix thoroughly, ideally with stirrer. Min. Max Enamels 1K 8% 10% Enamels 2K 12% 15% If used on 2K glazes, catalyze only the glaze portion (thus excluding the added paste) in the prescribed proportions.

APPLICATION:

Use appropriate nozzles, depending on the average particle size of the chosen paste: PWTX50 20 µm PWTX70 35 µm PWTX80 50 µm PWTX90 90 µm The final texture-effect, may be more or less highlighted depending on the application conditions (e.g., the more you blur, the more you highlight the texture effect).

SAFETY REGULATIONS:

Strictly follow the instructions on the labeling and in the safety data sheet. NOTE: The addition of PWTX paste lowers the viscosity of the converter.

Store in unopened and sealed packages kept at a temperature of +5 to +30 °C.
