FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Product for general use, metal carpentry, agricultural machinery, metal furniture, machine tools. Resists overpainting with fast-drying water-based products. Mixed cycles with solvent products are also possible.

One-component water-based, fast-drying, acrylic and synthetic finishes

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

Iron surfaces: SA2 blasting or thorough mechanical cleaning followed by solvent washing. If the substrate is cleaned with water-based cleaning solutions, it is advisable to carry out rinsing to prevent any traces of surfactants from impairing the adhesion of the dried film.

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

Mix thoroughly until the color and consistency are uniform. Dilute, depending on the system and application conditions, 10% to 20% by weight with water to a viscosity of 30"-60" FORD 4 at 20 °C.
